you may have forgotten exists. medi-call* allows you to go about your normal daily activities without the
nagging fear that you may need help and not be able to summon it. Your
waterproof personal alert pendant can be worn in three different ways
and is easily switched from one method to the other. A comfortable soft
fabric strap allows the pendant to be worn on a wrist. The pendant can
be removed from the wrist strap and, with the appropriate attachment,
worn pager style on a garment or belt or around the neck on a light, plastic
chain. You never have to worry where it is how how you will get to it
in an emergency.

Here's how it works...
At any time of the day or night, press the pendant to
send a call for help. Your press of the button activates your base unit,
which automatically calls our response centre here in Ottawa. Trained
personnel will first call your home to see what help you need. If they
are unable to reach you by telephone, they will call your responders as
well as an ambulance.

About your responders...
We keep a list of three or more people you have chosen
to be called in an emergency, usually a neighbour, friend or relative
living nearby who has access to your home. In some instances, making a
list of responders may be difficult. Lock boxes can be purchased at most
hardware stores or you may rent one from us.

when you need them!

Our response centre is a ULC listed monitoring station
located here in Ottawa with a dependable staff available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week

We are a local, family-owned business. We have been providing
peace of mind and security to active seniors and others living or working
alone since 1985. Our equipment incorporates high quality 900MHz spread
spectrum wireless technology and is installed and maintained by qualified
technicians.

More about our pendants...
Our long range pendants provide protection outside your
home, front yard, back yard, and across the street. Even a short walk
down the street is usually within range of these high power transmitters.
Our pendants are also fully supervised, automatically testing themselves
for operation and status of battery without any user intervention required.
About your costs...
Our units may be purchased, however, most people prefer
to rent. Installation in Ottawa is sixty-five dollars and includes free
line seizure. A trip charge applies outside Ottawa or ask about our do-it-yourself
option, available throughout North America. Our monthly rental rate is
forty dollars per month and includes supervision for added safety. Payment
options are available to lower the rate. Multi-user and shared system
monthly rates are twenty-five dollars per month.
